Job Description
  • Lead and manage teams across customer service, supply chain, marketing operations, and product support across Benelux market
  • Optimize processes and improve collaboration between internal departments
  • Oversee the full order-to-delivery process and inventory management
  • Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Manage demand planning, forecasting, and logistics follow-up
  • Coordinate claims, returns, service requests, and invoicing
  • Act as key contact for factories, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Travel between Belgium and NL offices with spending half of your time in each office
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in customer service, supply chain, and operational processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and connect teams
  • Skilled in process improvement and driving efficiency
  • Experienced with ERP/CRM systems and data analysis (Excel)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Resilient, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
