Job Description

As an Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Responsible for the majority of hospital communication related to customer order processing;
  • Supports the sales reps with customer quotes and follow up;
  • Coordinates all customer agreements;
  • Assists sales rep with hospital registrations and administration.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, order management or account management;
  • Experience in handling large volumes of calls and messages from customers;
  • Being at the office in Amsterdam Bijlmer, Netherlands 3 times a week;
  • Immediately available for 40 hours (no notice period);
  • Exceptional oral and written communication in English.
