Job Description
- Develop and execute direct and indirect sales strategies to grow the thermography business across the Benelux and Nordic regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and end users, identifying new business opportunities and growth potential.
- Present thermography solutions to customers and support specific client projects.
- Support marketing activities by representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales colleagues and engage with industry associations and interest groups.
- Position the products as the preferred solution in the market and prepare business reports for management.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in the thermal imaging / thermography industry
- Established business network within the Benelux and/or Nordic markets
- Proven business development and corporate negotiation skills
- Strong at building long-term relationships with distributors and end users
- Self-driven, proactive, and commercially ambitious
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and flexible setup
- Effective in a multicultural, international environment
- Fluent in Dutch and/or Swedish, with strong written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and related Office tools
- Willing to travel regularly within the region
