Job Description
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, processing, tracking, and invoicing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and satisfaction issues
  • Coordinate with warehouses, production sites, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate customer data and generate reporting on sales order management
  • Handle customer complaints end-to-end and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Speaks fluent English, Dutch, and German or French.
