Job Description
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, processing, tracking, and invoicing.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and satisfaction issues
- Coordinate with warehouses, production sites, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer data and generate reporting on sales order management
- Handle customer complaints end-to-end and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Speaks fluent English, Dutch, and German or French.
