This is what you’ll be doing:

• Identify, energize, and build partnerships with new customers
• Engage, inform, and excite our current partners
• Participate in the commercial strategy team, drawing up and implementing a strategic sales plan
• Focus on objectives, monitor, evaluate and report results. Keeping customer files up-to-date
• Be the voice of our clients in internal pricing and marketing conversations
• Market research
• Representing YAYS on fairs and conferences
• Effective communication and collaboration with the Reservations department and the Marketing and Revenue Management teams
