Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end management of a major product portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, financials, and operations.
  • Develop business cases for new solutions and enhancements, championing their development and market introduction.
  • Manage pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year business planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive growth, organise customer engagements, and represent products at industry events.
  • Partner with internal teams (IT, finance, legal, compliance) to support enterprise initiatives and ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Work closely with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
  • Coordinate with compliance and content teams to source and integrate high-quality data.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality customer support and maintain agreed service levels.
The Successful Applicant
  • University degree in business or related field (MBA or postgraduate preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of international experience in air freight processes, cargo operations, and pricing.
  • Strong understanding of the air freight industry and its key challenges.
  • Proven success in managing digital products or publications with commercial impact.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ERP tools.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Confident public speaker with a creative mindset for innovation.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
