Job Description
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships while acquiring new clients across the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to uncover new product and portfolio opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and drive both new business and existing account growth.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams in Europe and the US to align on strategy, share insights, and support customers.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, ensure strong CRM discipline, and provide market insights that guide strategic decision‑making.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experienced commercial professional in nutrition ingredients, specialty chemicals, or dietary supplement components.
  • Strong track record in selling to customers in the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
  • Background in Chemistry, Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar is a strong plus.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset: a self‑starter who identifies opportunities and acts on them.
  • Excellent relationship‑builder who can engage with a wide range of customer types from SMEs to multinational groups.
  • Strong communication skills and able to adapt easily across different cultural and business environments.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
