Job Description
- Create innovative, customized solutions that deliver value for both clients and the company.
- Track market trends and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Identify business opportunities and turn customer needs into strategic proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Use financial and economic analysis to assess and manage sales opportunities.
- Establish long-term partnerships and act as a trusted advisor in energy storage.
- Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Leverage market insights and technical knowledge to enhance commercial opportunities.
- Meet commercial targets while upholding a high-quality image.
- Collaborate within an international, results-driven sales team.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, or telecommunications.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with German and/or French as a plus.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving ambitious targets.
- Self-motivated, independent, and a collaborative team player with flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Proven success in selling complex technical projects.
- Strategic and creative thinker with excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time and hold a valid driving license B.
