Job Description

As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing an international marketing strategy that elevates the organization to the next level. You will lead a marketing team and work closely with sales to turn marketing activities into tangible business results.Your role is both strategic and operational: from refining the brand proposition to implementing digital marketing tools and lead generation campaigns. Additionally, you will act as a key sparring partner for the executive team and contribute to a cultural shift where marketing takes center stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an international marketing strategy focused on growth and brand strengthening.
  • Lead and coach the marketing team (approximately 8 FTE).
  • Optimize digital marketing and lead generation (including HubSpot, social media, AI applications).
  • Translate complex challenges into clear, compelling communication.
  • Collaborate closely with international sales clusters to build alignment.
  • Safeguard brand consistency and deliver creative storytelling to architects, designers, and project partners.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • Extensive experience in international marketing and managing decentralized teams.
  • Experience with B2B project-based sales, preferably in design, construction, or interior-related sectors.
  • Strong in branding, proposition development, and creative storytelling.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Experience in change management and the ability to empower colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
