Job Description

You will work with leading companies in the medical, automotive and high-tech industries and support them with innovative valve solutions. Your work has real impact on products used worldwide.

Your key activities:

  • Build and grow international customer relationships
  • Work on technical sales projects from A to Z
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Translate customer needs into the right products
  • Work closely with engineering, R&D and quality
  • Visit customers internationally

What a typical day looks like:

In the morning, you meet virtually with a high-tech start-up in Italy discussing a valve application for a new heart surgery procedure.
In the afternoon, you discuss vent valve solutions for electric vehicles with a German automotive OEM.
You end your day with an internal alignment meeting with your American colleague on validation requirements for a shared global account.

If a customer request exceeds the current product range, you work closely with engineering to develop custom-made valve solutions.

The Successful Applicant

If you have a mix of technical understanding + commercial drive, we want to hear from you.

  • Technical or commercial degree (BSc/MSc)
  • Strong interest in technology, engineering or industrial products
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or technical consultancy
  • Comfortable in an international environment
  • Fluent in English (Dutch & a third language is a plus)

(Note: Experience in medical or automotive is nice-to-have, not required.)
