Job Description
  • Own and execute regionally tailored go‑to‑market plans aligned with global strategy and regional revenue targets
  • Drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and ABM initiatives to build pipeline and support sales outcomes
  • Partner closely with regional sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline and growth priorities
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, event, partner, and field marketing channels
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, resources, and partner relationships to maximise ROI
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ensuring consistent brand representation and continuous optimisation
The Successful Applicant
  • You are immediately available
  • Fluent German and English
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated B2B marketing roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, or technology
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, lead nurturing, and account‑based marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, event, and partner channels
  • Comfortable working across multiple European markets with an understanding of local and cultural nuances
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and structured, with strong stakeholder and sales alignment skills
