Job Description
As a German- and French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers, dealers, and distributors across your region. After an in-depth onboarding program, including several days in the field, you will take ownership of:
- Processing incoming orders
- Managing customer relationships in your region
- Preparing shipments using Boxwise
- Handling complaints via Freshdesk
- Acting as a technical helpdesk for customers
- Registering QAs in Salesforce
- Participating in quality meetings
The Successful Applicant
You have an MBO-level diploma (or equivalent work experience) and a passion for customer service. You bring:
- Fluency in German and French (required), Italian is a plus
- Experience in customer service or internal sales
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably AFAS)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, eager-to-learn, and energetic mindset
