Job Description
- Lead the strategy and execution of paid media across search, shopping, social, display, and video performance, ensuring effective setup, continuous optimisation, and thorough post-campaign evaluation
- Design and implement initiatives to boost eCommerce app user acquisition through paid media campaigns, app store optimisation (ASO), and other growth tactics
- Partner with regional marketing leads across Europe to scale paid media efforts, identify growth opportunities, and identify emerging platforms
- Strategise and manage large-scale campaigns across search platforms (e.g., Google and Bing Search and Shopping) as well as social and display platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, Twitter, etc.), utilising each platform’s native tools for execution and optimisation
- Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to strengthen tracking across web and app environments, while also developing and improving reporting at daily, weekly, and monthly levels to provide actionable insights for campaign scaling
- Optimise performance marketing campaigns to exceed business objectives by leveraging tactics such as copy testing, keyword analysis, bid management and automation, budget allocation, A/B and placement testing, creative optimisation, and product feed improvements
- Contribute to product feed marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google Shopping, Facebook Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), and shopping comparison sites
- Work closely with Earned and influencer Media teams to run paid social strategies alongside organic social strategies and content
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce and adapt assets tailored to performance goals
- Ensure overall cost per acquisition (CPA) is within targets, and continuously drive customer acquisition at scale
The Successful Applicant
- Fluency in English required, proficiency in another European language (German, French, Spanish, Polish, Romanian) considered a plus
- 5+ years of experience held in a paid search, paid social, display and video marketing role, preferably in a mid-to-large scale e-commerce B2C company or with an advertising agency managing similar size campaigns
- Experience driving campaigns from concept through to execution and performing post-campaign analysis
- Experience with Google Search and Shopping, Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, programmatic display advertising, and video advertising on YouTube.
- Understanding of performance marketing strategies, tactics and processes.
- Clear understanding of how marketing channels connect to overall business objectives
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution experience, ideally with large set of SKUs
- Proven track record of planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns at both strategic and tactical levels
- Strong expertise in paid search, social, and display advertising, including optimisation approaches, bidding systems, and ad formats across a variety of platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads dashboard, Google Adwords and other leading media buying platforms
- Skilled in customer analytics and attribution, including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and churn analysis
- Comfortable in a fast-scaling and performance-driven environment
- Adept at problem-solving and adaptable in complex, regulated markets
- Confident and clear communicator, able to present to senior leaders and navigate diverse cultures and personalities
