Our client is one of Australia’s leading beauty brands gaining international recognition and expanding rapidly into the Netherlands, UK, and US.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage the commercial relationship with Kruidvat, owning the joint business planning process
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and growth objectives through strategic negotiations, promotional campaigns, and successful product launches
  • Create tailored customer strategies that align with the wider brand priorities and category objectives
  • Monitor sales performance and market data to identify opportunities, refine assortments, and drive continuous business improvements
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to deliver on customer expectations
  • Manage the full P&L and budget of your accounts, maintaining accurate forecasts and ensuring long-term profitability
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external teams, acting as the voice of the customer within the business
  • Strengthen brand presence through effective in-store execution, trade marketing, and merchandising activities
  • Provide ongoing performance updates and insights to senior leadership, highlighting risks and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to expanding into new retail channels and markets across Europe as the brand scales its footprint
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Benelux account management, business development, or commercial roles within beauty, personal care, or fast-moving consumer goods
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
  • Demonstrated success working with large retail partners such as Kruidvat or other A.S. Watson brands
  • Strong financial and commercial expertise, including experience overseeing full P&L responsibility
  • Skilled in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving successful negotiations
  • Thrives in cross-functional collaboration and adaptable to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively while keeping long-term growth objectives in view
  • Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, retail, and creating exceptional customer experiences
