Job Description
  • Lead and manage the commercial relationship with Kruidvat, owning the joint business planning process.
  • Deliver sales, margin, and growth targets through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and new product introductions.
  • Develop customer-specific plans aligned with brand strategies and category vision.
  • Analyse performance data and trends to provide insights, optimise assortments, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance to deliver against customer expectations.
  • Manage the full P&L and budget for the account, ensuring effective forecasting and profitability.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, acting as the voice of the customer within the organisation.
  • Drive in-store execution, trade marketing initiatives, and merchandising improvements to maximise brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on account performance and growth opportunities.
  • Support expansion into new doors and banners across the EU as the brand scales
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ year’s experience in national account management, key account sales, or commercial roles within beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record managing large retail accounts-experience with Kruidvat or other A.S. Watson banners highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term growth with short-term execution.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is highly favourable.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
  • Passion for beauty, retail, and consumer experience is essential
