Job Description
  • Take ownership of key decision-maker relationships, establish effective organisational relationships, and implement customer relationship plans to improve market position and expand market share.
  • Act as Project Director (PD) or core member on major projects, leading operations and securing key project wins.
  • Gain insight into customer strategies, identify opportunities for long-term strategic cooperation, and design and implement strategic plans.
  • Understand customer pain points in business, networks, and services to influence requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Explore opportunities for market expansion, drive collaborative win-win projects, and solve customer challenges.
  • Lead project negotiations, design transaction models, and manage project execution, including dispute resolution and risk management in complex scenarios.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years+ working experience in Telecommunication Industry
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications solutions and services
  • Proven experience in managing transactions and operational processes.
  • Proficient is sales process management and execution.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and transaction management.
  • Skilled in project management and operational execution.
  • Ability to establish and develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
