Job Description
- Take ownership of key decision-maker relationships, establish effective organisational relationships, and implement customer relationship plans to improve market position and expand market share.
- Act as Project Director (PD) or core member on major projects, leading operations and securing key project wins.
- Gain insight into customer strategies, identify opportunities for long-term strategic cooperation, and design and implement strategic plans.
- Understand customer pain points in business, networks, and services to influence requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Explore opportunities for market expansion, drive collaborative win-win projects, and solve customer challenges.
- Lead project negotiations, design transaction models, and manage project execution, including dispute resolution and risk management in complex scenarios.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- 5 years+ working experience in Telecommunication Industry
- Strong understanding of telecommunications solutions and services
- Proven experience in managing transactions and operational processes.
- Proficient is sales process management and execution.
- Expertise in contract negotiation and transaction management.
- Skilled in project management and operational execution.
- Ability to establish and develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
