Job Description
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, clinics, and private healthcare providers.
- Plan and execute product presentations, marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the central European management team to align on strategic and operational goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in sales management or business development in medical technology, diagnostics, or healthcare equipment.
- Demonstrated success managing small teams and achieving commercial growth targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with key healthcare decision-makers.
- Hands-on approach with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Based ideally in the Randstad area (Amsterdam-Utrecht region).
