Job Description
  • Business Development:
  • Develop and implement a strategy that will meet our customer acquisition and revenue
    growth objectives in the agreed jurisdictions with the General Manager.
  • Proactively acquire and build a new client portfolio, transitioning cold leads to active clients.
  • Manage and develop the client coverage strategy, adhering to financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Lead strategic and operational relationship management and product enhancement.
  • Responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to identify and establish new client relationships and future potential associated revenue.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing business development strategies to capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and potential markets.
  • Developing strategic relationships internally and externally, a subject matter expert providing product solutions and understanding client needs and requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance within the business line with Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential clients.
The Successful Applicant
  • Master’s Degree or Equivalent Level or relevant work experience
  • Passion for humanitarian causes.
  • An extensive network in the NGO / Foundations / For-profit Development Organisations segment, primarily in continental Europe.
  • At least 10 years’ experience selling financial services solutions
  • Experience of developing business and into new territories.
  • Solid understanding of FX flows and Payments.
  • Proficiency in English and French is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and challenges in the business environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong ability to analyse data and market trends.
