Job Description
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement a strategy that will meet our customer acquisition and revenue
growth objectives in the agreed jurisdictions with the General Manager. - Proactively acquire and build a new client portfolio, transitioning cold leads to active clients.
- Manage and develop the client coverage strategy, adhering to financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Lead strategic and operational relationship management and product enhancement.
- Responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to identify and establish new client relationships and future potential associated revenue.
- Operational Excellence:
- Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing business development strategies to capitalise on market opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and potential markets.
- Developing strategic relationships internally and externally, a subject matter expert providing product solutions and understanding client needs and requirements.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance within the business line with Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential clients.
The Successful Applicant
- Master’s Degree or Equivalent Level or relevant work experience
- Passion for humanitarian causes.
- An extensive network in the NGO / Foundations / For-profit Development Organisations segment, primarily in continental Europe.
- At least 10 years’ experience selling financial services solutions
- Experience of developing business and into new territories.
- Solid understanding of FX flows and Payments.
- Proficiency in English and French is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and challenges in the business environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong ability to analyse data and market trends.
