Job Description
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business growth and improve performance.
- Create and implement sales strategies for the Dutch e-commerce and cross-border logistics market.
- Set targets, track performance, and take action to optimize results.
- Coach sales executives to strengthen business development skills.
- Grow market presence through strategic partnerships and industry networking.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing to guide commercial decisions.
- Support complex negotiations and manage high-value contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in Dutch parcel, courier, logistics, or 3PL industry, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong professional network within Dutch e-commerce, cross-border logistics, and related sectors.
- Proven ability to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Experienced in leading, motivating, and developing a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Results-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages a plus.
- Skilled in sales forecasting, budgeting, and CRM systems.
