Job Description
- Prospect for new clients through cold calls, social selling, and networking.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals that convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close deals under pressure, consistently exceeding ambitious targets.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to strike first.
- Collaborate internally for smooth onboarding,but your main focus is winning new logos.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven success in new business sales within logistics, transport, or related sectors.
- A true hunter mentality, you live for the chase and the thrill of closing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach.
- Highly self-driven, resilient, and motivated by big wins.
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and deliver results independently.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
