Job Description
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers
  • Convert inbound marketing leads and generate new outbound opportunities
  • Advise prospects through a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems
  • Identify customer needs within construction, installation, and energy sectors
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or solution-based sales
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on value and long-term relationships
  • Self-driven and comfortable generating new business independently
  • Confident communicator who enjoys challenging prospects and closing deals
  • Organized, results-oriented, and skilled in managing a full sales cycle
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, ownership-focused mindset
  • Motivated to grow in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment
