Job Description

Our client is looking for a proactive Commercial & Sales Support professional to join their team in the entertainment logistics sector. You will support the sales team in managing client leads, quoting, and ensuring smooth handovers to operations, contributing to the success of projects such as Disney and Monster Trucks events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming business leads via email, ensuring timely responses and tracking in Odoo CRM.
  • Support the quoting process: prepare, issue, and follow up on client quotations, ensuring solutions meet quality, budget, and timing requirements.
  • Facilitate smooth handover from Sales to Operations, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met. Identify process improvements to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Assist in vendor management, cost analysis, purchase orders, invoicing, and aftercare processes. Ensure accurate billing and follow-up with operations.
  • Contribute to generating new sales opportunities by identifying potential leads and maintaining client relationships.
  • Support implementation and coordination of new systems, including WMS integration and customer roll-out.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project confidence.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales support, hospitality, or event logistics is a plus.
  • Experience in managing the overall logistics process from A to Z is really crucial
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo preferred) and project coordination.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in speaking and wrtting in English.
  • Preferably available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Affinity with the entertainment or events industry is a strong plus.
  • You must live in the Netherlands and at a reasonable distance from the location.
