Job Description
- Own and continuously improve global eCommerce reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and dashboards.
- Create efficient performance tracking frameworks and prioritize analytics work based on business impact.
- Enhance data visualization in Power BI dashboards and automate reporting where possible.
- Partner with regional eCommerce teams to ensure consistent data usage and interpretation.
- Deliver recurring performance reporting and monthly business reviews for global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Analyze eCommerce performance across Amazon, pure play, and grocery retail platforms using internal and external metrics.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across categories, retailers, and geographies.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on promotional events, seasonal peaks, and media effectiveness.
- Evaluate the impact of media, promotions, content, and pricing on sales and share growth.
The Successful Applicant
- You are immediately available to start and have no holiday for the coming 2 months.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, with some experience working with Amazon and/or other eCommerce retailers.
- Strong analytics skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights for all levels across the organization. Able to balance recurring reporting with deeper analytical projects. Advanced efficiency in Excel, Power BI.
- Strong business & performance mindset – with a solid understanding of how P&L works and how to capture and analyse in-market performance. Exposure to performance marketing or Amazon media is a plus.
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills. Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus.
- A self-starter, able to operate independently and to lead through data.
What’s on Offer
- 2-month contract Salary between €4000 – €5400 based on 40h and experience
