Job Description
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing new dealer and OEM partners across the region.
  • Proactively analyze the market to uncover untapped opportunities and expansion areas.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new dealers, assessing their commercial, service, and financial capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with newly acquired partners to establish and grow sales performance.
  • Develop and execute growth-focused sales and market entry strategies with new partners.
  • Actively pursue new OEM collaborations to expand market presence and revenue streams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify further business development opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful integration and support for new partners.
  • Manage and lead a small team of direct reports, driving performance and business growth.
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within an OEM or dealer network environment.
  • Essential experience in the marine industry with strong market knowledge.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Previous team management experience with the ability to lead and develop direct reports.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, partners, and customers.
  • Commercially focused with good financial and business planning understanding.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly within the region.
