Job Description
- Lead the launch and commercial growth in the Dutch market
- Drive end-to-end sales: from prospecting and outreach to closing new business and securing revenue growth
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with international objectives
- Build partnerships with retailers, brands, and media agencies
- Represent the company locally at client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with global teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to deliver and implement successful campaigns
- Take full commercial responsibility for Dutch market performance, including revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to refine strategy
- Scale operations by hiring and leading a local commercial team over time
The Successful Applicant
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 7+ years’ experience in digital media sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch advertising, media, and retail landscape with an active client network.
- Proven track-record of launching and growing new markets or business units
- Comfortable operating independently and building from the ground up
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
