Job Description
  • Market Research: Identify potential clients and stay informed on emerging trends in target industries.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking (LinkedIn).
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, understand their needs, and present our solutions.
  • Pipeline Coordination: Support the sales process from initial contact to the first meeting, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for prospects.
  • Sales Support & Presentations: Help prepare customized pitch decks and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Contributing to Success: Achieve monthly activity and lead generation targets to drive company growth.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams to share field feedback and ensure a seamless experience for new leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, calls, and meetings in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Commify at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the brand’s network and visibility.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in new business development or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience in CPaaS, SaaS, or software solutions is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets, deadlines, and project goals.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary: €2,800-€3,333 per month, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance.
