Job Description
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: continuously analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop a strategy to achieve the organisation’s growth and revenue targets
  • Strategic Relationship Management: build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with client & partner stakeholders
  • Sales Pipeline Development: develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualifying prospects, and nurturing opportunities until closure
  • Collaboration with Product, Tech & Marketing Teams: work closely with product managers, tech and marketing to align offerings with customer demands and to support product road-map planning
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals
  • Revenue & Growth Targets: meet or exceed new business development targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth objectives
  • Market Intelligence Reporting: provide regular reports on market feedback, competitor positioning, and customer insights to inform business strategy
  • Project Governance: work closely with key internal stakeholders within the business to define and ensure successful delivery of initiatives & projects
  • Process Improvement: identify areas for improvement and drive any related optimisation including implementation of best practices and lessons learned from previous projects
The Successful Applicant
  • Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
  • 5-7 years experience of business development experience in the technology space (ideally within the QSR sector)
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software product ecosystems
  • Experience in contract negotiation and closing high-value opportunities with enterprise-level customers
  • Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within fluid business environment with enthusiasm
  • Ability to drive (internal & external) accountability through relationships, transparency, collaboration, and timely escalation
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities in support of clients and organisational strategy, vision, and initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
