Job Description

• Support management with strategic, organizational, and operational improvements
• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
• Develop business cases and support investment decisions
• Initiate and oversee innovation and digitalization initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to management
• Translate market developments into growth and improvement opportunities

The Successful Applicant

• HBO level education
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• At least 5 years of industry experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments
• Strong networking skills within the construction industry
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
