Job Description
In this role, you combine commercial ownership with clinical presence in the operating theatre. You are responsible for revenue growth, product adoption and long-term customer success.
- Achieve sales targets for surgical solutions in your assigned region
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR nurses and procurement teams
- Present and demonstrate products focused on infection prevention and haemostasis
- Support and train hospital staff directly in the operating room
- Identify new opportunities and expand existing hospital accounts
- Lead price discussions, tenders and contract negotiations
- Represent the portfolio at national and international medical congresses
- Report activities and pipeline accurately in Salesforce
The Successful Applicant
You are commercially driven and comfortable in a clinical environment. You know how to translate clinical value into concrete purchasing decisions.
- Bachelor level working and thinking ability
- 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare or medical devices
- Experience in or around the operating theatre is an advantage
- Fluent Dutch and professional English communication skills
- Proven experience with product launches or portfolio expansion
- Confident presenter with strong relationship-building skills
- Structured, independent and comfortable working with targets
