Job Description
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across South Netherlands
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, and decision-makers
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and clinical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years of experience in a commercial/account management or sales role
- Experience in medical technology, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare is strongly preferred
- Alternatively, commercial experience combined with a clinical, medical, or biomedical educational background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
- Fluent in Dutch and professional proficiency in English
- Valid driver’s license
