About Our Client

Our client, an established provider of high-quality dental equipment and digital workflow solutions, is seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee and grow its customer base across the northern Netherlands.

Job Description
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing dental customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dental market.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients and dental teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal service and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business planning.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking activities within the region.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments to the Regional Sales Manager.
The Successful Applicant
  • 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally within the dental or medical device sector.
  • Solid understanding of the dental market, including clinic workflows and product usage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the northern region of the Netherlands.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and good command of English.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
