Job Description
- Generate and convert leads into successful projects
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to develop tailored solutions
- Manage projects from proposal stage through to successful handover
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally with technical or business expertise
- Skilled at turning customer needs into practical solutions and business opportunities
- Experienced in B2B sales with a track record of closing mid-sized projects
- Well-connected in the regional logistics network and comfortable working internationally
- Results-driven, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledgeable about automated warehouse technologies and keen to travel as needed
- Fluent in Dutch and English
