Job Description
  • Generate and convert leads into successful projects
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Manage projects from proposal stage through to successful handover
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally with technical or business expertise
  • Skilled at turning customer needs into practical solutions and business opportunities
  • Experienced in B2B sales with a track record of closing mid-sized projects
  • Well-connected in the regional logistics network and comfortable working internationally
  • Results-driven, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledgeable about automated warehouse technologies and keen to travel as needed
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
