Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate solutions that address client challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed targets and drive regional growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-impact customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Leverage market insights and emerging technologies to keep solutions competitive and innovative.
- Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts using CRM tools.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (required).
- Background in software, manufacturing, or engineering, with an HBO degree in one of these fields.
- Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Knowledgeable or passionate about digital construction workflows and project management.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
