For a leading, international company that provides commercial data for organizations, I am looking for a temporary Trade Administrator for a total of 20 hours a week (4 hours a day). In this role you will be supporting the Trade team to control and coordinate the processing of files submitted by the partners of the company. The duration of the assignment is from April 15th to September 15th, due to pregnancy leave.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Maintaining contacts with partners of the supported countries if required
Solving any problems in receiving data files
Convert received data by using specific conversion tools and applications
Administering the telephone contacts with partners
Monitoring and implementation of all activities required to link companies in the received files to the companies in the database
Support and cooperate with the team members in charge of the processes of data for European, Asian or American countries
Ensuring a high level service to all parties involved
Any other ad-hoc activities as required

Profiel
Bachelor’s degree/student
Operational experience in customer service or an equivalent position
An excellent command of the English language is essential, both spoken and written
Experience in working with MS Office, Work, Outlook and Access
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-driven, assertive and results oriented
Works well in an international team
