In this position you are part of the CS France Team. Hierarchical reporting will be to the CS Manager France with a dotted line to the Key Account Manager France. You provide guidance and support to Key Account Customers and the Key Account Manager in order to make sure that orders, questions and complaints are handled within agreed time frame following procedures and policies, leading to satisfied customers.

Coordinate Customer Service and Sales orders for all Key Accounts.
Coordinate the Key Accounts from orders, forecasts, deliveries sales info, reports and all logistics queries
Handle difficult enquiries or complaints from Key Account customers
Apply customer service policies
Helping and advising Key Account customers by telephone, e-mail or face-to-face
Coordinate daily logistics function
Develop and maintain a complete functional understanding of both SAP and BI.
Responsive to the needs and daily communication with the Key Account customers
Communication with all internal and external employees and international offices
Coordinate Key Account daily enquiries, sales activity
Responsible for performance reporting
Preparation of range sheets
Preparation of business reports / Coordinate reports
Preparation customer and brand sales analysis and customer turnover performance
Support regular business meetings with Key Account Manager / buyer of allocated accounts

Secondary Education degree or equivalent training, education and experience
Fluent in French and English both verbal and written (French native language)
Proven track record in the ability to analyze data
Excellent skills in Excel (Advanced)
Ability to produce reports
Ability to multi-tasks
3 to 4 years working experience in a comparable role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent skills in Excel (Advanced)
Preferred experience with SAP
Preferred experience in International environment
Good negotiation skills
Able to deal with ambiguity
Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
Proven track record in the ability to analyze data
Ability to set up reports
Ability to multi-task
