Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams.
  • Provide in-theater support to surgeons during product trials and demonstrations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and maintain comprehensive customer records.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Deliver customer training sessions and participate in conferences, workshops, and professional events.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Key Account Managers, and Clinical Sales colleagues.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific, medical, or paramedical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within the hospital or operating room environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
