Job Description
  • Managing the full sales cycle for dialysis equipment and consumables
  • Proactively engaging in tenders and procurement processes
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, KOLs, and decision-makers
  • Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and trial placements
  • Monitoring market trends and providing feedback to the internal organization
  • Representing the company at conferences, congresses, and symposia
  • Preparing quotations and contracts in collaboration with the back-office team
  • Providing professional follow-up on customer inquiries and resolving potential issues
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience with large capital equipment in dialysis, intensive care, critical care, or similar
  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales
  • Strong understanding of the medical market and procurement processes
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO level)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented and results-focused
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
