Our client is a globally recognised manufacturer specialising in power transmission products. They hold a strong market presence with a distribution network in more than 70 countries. Offering high-quality chains, power transmission components and systems, automotive timing chain drives, and factory automation products, our client has production facilities across the globe.

Job Description
  • Establish a sales and marketing strategy (mid-term) as well as an annual business plan on the focused product group
  • Identify target accounts and support regional sales manager and/or area sales manager on an annual territory management plan for each region
  • Approach target accounts focused products and services
  • Work closely with both the external sales team and inside sales team
  • Enhance relationships with new and existing customers, and regularly check-in to ensure end users are optimising their products
  • Visit sites on regular base as well as joint visits with area sales managers
  • Act as a main communication route between target accounts and the target market
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in sales of technical products preferable in large size conveyor chains
  • Superior command of the English and German, both verbal and written in business
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation
  • Familiar with CRM practices (preferably ‘Salesforce’) along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel not only domestically also internationally
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
