    Job Description

    ** Regional Business Development Manager

    As Regional Business Development Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Manage the development and execution of your region plan
    • Develop and follow the business plan to optimize account portfolio & develop key accounts
    • Develop new business on a strategic level (from your own business development or in response to leads from generation team)
    • Develop convincing & relevant strategic communication at the business level to develop new customers or stakeholders within existing customers
    • Demonstrate excellence in guiding buyers during all the buying process
    • Lead various internal stakeholders to develop & ensure projects follow up
    • Deeply understand the clients’ strategy, business challenges & objectives
    • Effectively develop & position the value of the solutions you can bring to the business objectives of your clients
    • Propose appropriate solutions recommendations that respond to clients’ needs by considering the business impact for your clients
    • Deeply understand the content, products, solutions and industry knowledge to create demand & bring credibility
    • Have access to the executive level / key decision makers
    • Identify decision-making criteria and create urgency to act – express opinions, ideas
    • Be proactive with existing clients & strategically manage the relationships with them
    • Be proactive with dormant client relationships to develop new revenue potential
    • Negotiate with customers by resolving resistance and maintain company margins
    • Manage various priorities at the same time
    The Successful Applicant

    ** Regional Business Development Manager

    The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

    • Strong experience (around 10 years) in business development and strategic account management
    • Preferably sales experience in business services, consulting
    • Experience in selling complex & conceptual business services
    • Experience in selling at the executive level within large companies
    • Experience in being in contact with various stakeholders within a company (buyers)
    • Excellent ability to -over-achieve level of performance, goals
    • Driven by challenges
    • Results, solutions & clients oriented
    • Strong communication skills, both written & oral
    • Ability to manage long sales cycles
    • Excellent structure & attention to details
    • Ability to negotiate & be in contact with high level/senior stakeholders
    • Ability to work in autonomy – you will be your own entrepreneur
    • Proven track record in managing & growing business
    • Ability to travel up to 50% within the region to cover
