Business Development Manager Benelux – Industry Software
Full time: 40 hours
Location: home-based function with active travelling in the assigned area

In this role you operate from a home-based office in the Netherlands and you are responsible for pro-actively expanding the business activities, focusing of the process industry segment. In your role you will be actively on the road, with some visits to the Groningen office of the company and occasional visits to the headquarters in Finland.
Next to that you are responsible for:
Development and execution of CADMATIC sales activities by identifying, qualifying and selling to clients in the process industry segment (oil and gas, chemical, pharma, food and beverages, water treatment)
Client visits, negotiations, giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Creating and delivering offers of software licenses, maintenance and sales of services for engineering, EPC and O/O companies
Establishing plans and strategies to broaden the customer base in the area
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience in the process industry; ideally you have sold industrial/related software products
Fluency in Dutch and English – both spoken and in writing
Dynamic, entrepreneurial sales professional with customer-oriented approach
Systematic and structured approach to business development and sales management
Excellent demonstration and presentation techniques
