He/she drives the creation of content to create consistency amongst all communication channels, optimizing the customer journey and growing the brand awareness, -reputation and -engagement. The omnichannel marketeer uses analytics tools such as Marketing Automation and Google Analytics to create insights on performance of the campaigns and customer needs and wants. These insights will be used to optimize the customer experience and actively shared with NBU’s.
