    Job Description

    As the Key Account Manager eCommerce you will report into the Head of Wholesales and your responsibilities include:

    • Develop the E-Commerce Strategy and growth plan for the online retailers / digital accounts
    • Partner with the local KAM on the development of an account specific business plan and digital activation plan to achieve the overall growth plan
    • Align the strategic business plans including brand and content optimization, data sharing, landing page planning and to ensure the local implementation
    • Develop relationships with Key European marketplaces and provide sales service to our retail partners working with marketplaces
    • Be the E-Commerce Channel expert and digital advisor for our partners
    • Creating sales opportunities by analyzing data, website content and competitors
    • Identify and lead new business opportunities within E-Commerce/digital accounts
    • Identify and follow relevant KPI’s, track the necessary data and manage the weekly follow-up against the targets
    • Provide recommendations to drive shopper experience and market share, by utilizing data, keyword search and customer insights
    • Monitor and improve brand distribution, representation and discoverability
    • Engage and collaborate with multifunctional teams (marketing, trade marketing, B2B, sales, operations,…) to drive the execution of the business strategy
    • Support and coach the sales teams in digitalization
    • Partner with supply chain and the customers to ensure sales forecasting, product availability and customer service levels
    The Successful Applicant
    • You have a Master’s degree (ex. Commercial Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing) with a passion for fashion
    • You have minimum 5 years of relevant Sales/KAM experience and you are experienced in working with marketplaces
    • You have an advanced knowledge of web analytics, and knowledge of creative web design, site functionality, usability and marketing
    • You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
    • You have a commercial mind and are driven by sales results
    • You are a team player, a people person and real relation builder
    • You are a skilled negotiator with great communication and presentation skills
    • You are strong in analytics and you think solutions
