Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for the German market, you will be responsible for maintaining customer contact via phone, email, and chat. Your duties include assisting customers with product inquiries, order processes, delivery times, handling complaints, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. You will proactively suggest enhancements for the website and product assortment based on customer feedback.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Customer contact via phone, email, and chat
  • Answering questions about products, the ordering process, delivery times, etc.
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Tracking orders in various automated systems
  • Liaising with our transport partners
  • Performing associated administrative tasks
