You will be working with ambitious, energetic, international colleagues; together you will make sure the brands grow further and that all B2B clients are happy with your care. You will be the backbone of the team French region and will make sure everything runs smoothly.

    Job Description

    As a Customer care employee French region you will be the main contact for big B2B accounts. Together with your team you will manage these accounts and will be communicating with the warehouse, planning and logistics department.

    • Manage orders, customer complaints, programs and volumes in the right way
    • Always make sure the customer is informed on time
    • Resolution of customer claims, debit notes and disputes according to specified dispute registration and claims management procedures
    • Timely investigation of claims (with all relevant departments), debit notes or disputes and the gathering of all the information needed to approve/reject claims, debit notes and disputes based on investigation
    • Effective communication and collaboration between the functions of accounts receivable; collections, cash application and also with customer service, finance, D&T, Quality
    • Digital filing of all completed claims forms, documentation and proof of deliveries
    • Timely issuing of credit notes according to the correct authorization schedule and accompanied by all required data

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Outlook, Word
    • Knowledge of SAP (including FSCM) would be a big plus
    • Intermediate vocational education degree or equal level proven by experience
